I wish to extend my profound condolences and deepest sympathies to all Indonesians and the bereaved families of the victims of the eruption of Mount Merapi volcano in Central Java, Indonesia, and also to all those affected by the tragedy which occurred on October 26, 2010.

Together let us pray, may Allah give them the strength to endure hardship and will overcome the difficulties and sorrows with patience. I do hope they will be able to return to their normal lives as soon as possible. Amiin.
